You Are Loved
Have you ever felt unloved? Or maybe even unlovable? Let you heart be set free. You are loved. Loved with an everlasting love. What better encouragement than that truth.

Fun Personal Update
Keith and I recently celebrated our 41st anniversary. Since we weren’t able to do anything special for the big 4-0, we decided to go on a bike tour with Magical Mystery Bike Tours. We had a blast. We rode the New River Trail and the Virginia Creeper Trail both in beautiful Virginia. What’s your favorite past-time?
