Are you ready to ditch the New Year’s resolutions? If so, be transformed by embracing 7 amazing truths that you will learn about in this blog post.

If you want the complete message, click on the audio file above. Below you will find a peek.

Number 1

Did you blow it last year? No worries! Repent! And embrace the truth found in 2 Corinthians 5:17.

Did you catch it? You are a new creation in Christ. Embrace it and live it.

Number 2

Have you been stuck? Do you desire to get out of the rut? If so, embrace Isaiah 43:18-19

Isn’t that so cool!?! God is doing a new thing. And He will make a way.

Number 3

Are you worried about what 2026 has in store? Ditch that thought and embrace

Jeremiah 29:11.

God knows the plans He has for you. Let go and let God. And as you do, enjoy what He has in store for you.

Number 4

Are you excited for the new year? Are you waiting for God to lead you? Embrace Proverbs 3:5-6.

Trust God and not yourself. Acknowledge Him in all your plans and He will make your paths straight. Does it get any better than that?

Number 5

Do you want a fresh start to a new year? If so, embrace Ephesians 4:22–24.

You can do it. Put off the old and put on the new by changing the attitude of your mind. In other words, change your thinking. Instead think of God, His Word, and His promises.

Number 6

Do you wonder why you were given life? Do you want to discover your purpose? If so, grab hold of Ephesians 1:18–19.

Pray and seek God concerning the desire to discover your purpose. As you do, He will first open your heart to the hope found in Him. He’s called you to that hope. But don’t stop there. Consider the rest of the verse and seek His will. He will give you the desires of your heart because, as you seek Him, your heart will be in line with His.

Number 7

Do you wonder what you are to be busy about in 2026? Wonder no more! John 15:16 holds the answer.

You are chosen to go and bear fruit. So just go out and find ways to serve Him.

This brings me to a super cool challenge for you. It’s from a story I shared in the Go in Peace Biblical Discipleship Curriculum.

Make sure to click on the audio file at the beginning of this blog post to listen to the challenge.

May your life never be the same as you live a life worthy of your calling. And while you do, embrace the truth that you are a new creation in Christ, chosen to bear fruit, and called to fulfill your purpose.
