Here is an excellent discipleship tool that addresses the issue of salvation in the first chapter so that you can know exactly where your disciple stands with God.

It’s important, as a discipler, to know where a person stands with Christ. Many believe they are saved for various reasons–they were born in a Christian country so they think that makes them a believer, they’ve gone to church all their lives so they believe that makes them a Christian, or their parents are Christian so they are sure they are saved.

 

You know as a Christian you are called to share your faith, but that does not mean it’s easy to do. Especially if you don’t have the gift of evangelism. Yet as a person who desires to disciple the hurting we must know where the person truly stands in their relationship with Christ because this is key in how we approach the discipling issue.

 

So listen to our podcast for encouragement in how to share your faith with your disciplee. And if you are following along in the curriculum this podcast is addressing session 1, pages 8-9 under the heading Are You Right With God?
